Cultivate deep presence with Move & Meditate, a virtual meditation experience designed to strengthen your meditative capacity through progressive intervals of stillness and movement. Flow through short yoga sequences that prepare the body, then settle into guided meditations of 5, 10, and 15 minutes, allowing you to observe the mind in the body and the body in the mind.
From the comfort of your home, immerse yourself in a practice that bridges movement and stillness, helping you refine focus, release tension, and expand awareness. Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening your practice, this journey invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are—with curiosity, patience, and ease.
Recommended Materials:
• 2 yoga blocks OR 1 bolster/pillow
• A yoga mat
• A laptop or phone for streaming
