About the event
There is a space your body longs to return to—where the warmth of fire meets the serenity of water, and movement becomes a sacred ritual. Nina&Yaku is a slow, intentional practice that invites you to explore your personal rhythm through gentle asana, breathwork, and Indigenous storytelling.
Here, movement is medicine. You’ll be guided through spacious poses that support deep rest and restoration, while allowing room for intuitive expression. As your breath expands and your body softens, you’ll begin to feel the elemental energies move through you—fire as motivation, water as surrender, earth as grounding, and wind as transformation.
This class is less about doing and more about being. It’s an invitation to flow through time and space with reverence, curiosity, and a deep sense of connection to your inner world and the natural world.
