Starting Aug 1, 2024, all yoga classes independently promoted by Alba Health will offer complimentary seats for unemployed folks in the Chicagoland area. To claim access to free classes, please fill out this 1min survey and we will send you Practice Points which you can redeem for classes in the future.

Your healing is part of our collective healing, and money should not be an impediment to this liberation practice.
