Pacha is a Quechumara word composed of pa- [“two”; duality] and -cha [“energy”]—the All that exists in an interconnected form, the universe organized through a complex network of relationships. Pacha is a living reality, a living organic entity, encompassing everything from the divine to minerals, including the past, present, and future.
She entails mineral life giving life to vegetative life, both of whom created a path for animal life and ours. No wonder we can find a recapitulation of various steps of evolution inside our bodies. We are all children of the Pachamama.
Deep in the unconscious, there’s a message from the Earth. A code from the Mother that reminds us to come back home to her. To live and heal through her.
Because she is as real as the floor you are standing on and as real as the glass you are facing at the moment, she does not need a dogma for you to believe in her. She simply is everything around you, and she is you.
The human being is not homo-faber or homo-consumens - the human being is what in Quechua they called the “arariwa”, meaning “caretaker” or “guardian” of the pacha and its cosmic order.
Pachamama,
I offer you my hands - let them raise to communicate and teach us about the All.
I offer you my feet - let them root down to walk the path of integration.
I offer you my body - let it be Movement and let it be Stillness, and let it take part of this collective resolution of love.
